What do I need to do to sell my house fast in Colorado Springs?

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the traditional method and unless you are an agent or broker yourself, you must pay the agent commissions, any required closing costs, and for any fixes a lender or conventional buyer will ask to be fixed. The FSBO route can be nice in saving on commission and fees, though typically it involves more work on your part unless you have some sort of advocate on your side and the potential buyer trusts the process. This method tends to attract a buyer pool adverse to paying any expenses they can get away with and who otherwise may not be able to qualify. You can always try this option and see how it goes, again provided you have the time and don't mind getting your property ready for more people coming to see it and see if it's what they want and are willing to pay for.
